If you’re a female smoker who is looking to date, here’s another incentive to quit: a growing body of research that suggests women who smoke attract fewer potential partners online. According to a 2023 survey conducted by a leading dating app, approximately 70% of male users reported that they were less likely to engage with profiles that mentioned smoking.

Women feel pretty much the same way about male smokers. About 65% of female users prefer non-smokers in their online profiles.
